Terms of Sale

E-banking, cards or cash. If you want to pay for a particular item with e-banking or slip, please send us an e-mail asking for a reservation. We will reserve the item for a period of eight days and send a pro forma invoice by e-mail. You should pay the reserved item in that period, while bibliofil.hr must keep the item reserved during that period. After the deadline, Bibliofil Global d.o.o. will not guarantee the availability of the item. If you want to pay cash, bibliofil.hr will propose the location for the transaction and issue a valid bill for the item. The reservation procedure is the same as for e-banking or slip.

At the time when the order is received, Bibliofil.hr will confirm the receipt of the order to the buyer by e-mail.

All the payments will be made in HRK (Croatian kunas).

In case of payment by  e-banking or slip, the costs of payment and/or transactions between banks will not be included in the price.

The buyer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

HT Pay Way primjenjuje najmodernije standarde u zaštiti podataka - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protokol sa 128-bitnom enkripcijom podataka i MD5 algoritam. ISO 8583 protokol osigurava da se razmjena podataka između T-Com sustava i autorizacijskih centara kartičnih kuća obavlja u privatnoj mreži, koja je od neautoriziranog pristupa zaštićena dvostrukim slojem "vatrozida" (firewalla).
